Diana Vickers has told her fans that there are a number of fake Twitter profiles using her name.
The X Factor singer made the comments on a new video diary recorded for the diana-vickers.com fansite.
Vickers said: "I wanna clear something up. There's been a lot of, 'Who is this Diana Vickers girl on Twitter?'
"This is a verbal statement. Basically, diana_music, that is me, so if you want to follow me on Twitter, that's the one to use."
Vickers also presented a video tour of her new home, including her living room, bathroom, kitchen and a "kissing cupboard", while she suggested that she may turn her bedroom into a "Kings of Leon shrine".

One of our favourite producers, Starsmith, is today writing with Diana Vickers, that girl with the possessed claw from X Factor last year.
See accompanying image for evidence of The Claw opening front doors before the rest of Vickers is ready for daylight.
We've written about some of Starsmith's friends before on RobotPigeon, Marcel Legane, Yes Giantess and of course, Ellie Goulding.
We'd be slightly worried if we were Ms. Goulding today, since the gap in the market for young, blonde, quirky singers is probably a small one. Let's hope Starsmith doesn't show up, hand over 'Starry Eyed', collect his cheque and head off to the pub.
The person likely to come off best from this collaboration is Diana Vickers, obviously, and we're suddenly interested to hear what her material is going to sound like with people like Starsmith involved. Down-tempo, alternative electro-pop with an acoustic tinge - we're guessing.

WENN Diana Vickers has asked her fans for advice to help her decide where to live when she moves to London.
The X Factor singer made the request during a video diary she shot for the diana-vickers.com fansite.
Vickers said: "I'm going to move to London soon and I don't know where to move.
"I want to hear all the good points and the bad points of everywhere and you guys can help me decide. So hey! We'll do this together. So that's cool!"
She also asked viewers to help her choose between a dog and a rabbit as a pet for her new home, "or maybe a ferret like in Along Came Polly".
Vickers said: "You help me decide! But not a hamster or anything, because I used to have a hamster called Nibbles and she was really vicious.
"One time she went up my pants and bit me and I had to go to hospital! So I don't want any of those things."
The short film shows the singer giving a tour of her flat and enjoying a trip to Spain with fellow X Factor contestant Ruth Lorenzo.

There have been alot of rumours going around regarding the whole thing about Diana crying over fans wanting to take pictures with her, and as a result we have had emails asking us to address it. The thing is, when I met Diana (I know woo) she was extremely nice etc therefore I don't know what to think about the articles and therefore we will not be reporting anything else that may come of it.
Also, expect a new layout up soon! We have it already by NEON CANDY DESIGNS, we just need to get it coded :D

The TV favourite was at the MetroCentre’s Red Mall, yesterday, to promote the opening of new Next-owned chic clothing store Lipsy.
And the 17-year-old singer showed there really is life after X Factor. The audience might have been in the hundreds rather than millions, but their attentions were still avid.
With her trademark ruffled-style hair and a dress from the new shop Diana gave the crowd what they came to hear – hits from run on the ITV musical talent show.
Covers of tracks by Michael Jackson, Blondie, and Dido got some mums and dads – but mainly adoring teen fans – in the swing.
And as she finished still humble Diana, said: "Thank you so much, it’s so good to be here with you. Thank you."

Eoghan Quigg has confessed he did kiss Diana Vickers but there was no spark between them.
The X Factor finalist was romantically linked to his rival contestant, but they always insisted they were just friends.
Now Eoghan has confessed to Star magazine: "We had a snog but I didn't feel anything so there's nothing going on."
He continued: "I think people really wanted us to be together but we weren't.
"I don't know how she felt. There was nothing for me there and there was never going to be anything.
"I swear I don't fancy her. I did kiss her but I don't fancy her."
The 16-year-old singer is now casually dating Eimear Moran from his home town of Derry, but he revealed he doesn't view her as his girlfriend as he is currently away touring.
He said: "We were together just after the show. But now I'm promoting the album, I can't see her."
And Eimear has to cope with all the groupies throwing themselves at Eoghan. He said: "She's going to have to come to terms with it, but she is understanding about it all."
Asked if his female fans are nasty to Eimear, he said: "Yeah. Jealousy's a b***h, but you can't do anything about it!"

Eoghan Quigg has insisted that all the stories about a romance between he and Diana Vickers on The X Factor were untrue.
The 16-year-old claimed that he found the tabloid press interest in his private life "frustrating" and was always just "really good friends" with Vickers.
The pair were continually photographed together during their time on the show, despite Vickers being in a relationship with student Chris Jones.
"We were just really good friends and it was ruined by all these stories of love affairs, which just weren't true at all," Quigg told Digital Spy. "I have no feelings for her in that way whatsoever. All I wanted to do was sing. I wasn't in The X Factor for a relationship."
Speaking about his tearful outburst at her exit from the programme, he said: "I got really emotional when she left because we built up a really strong bond on the show... Ruth, Alexandra and JLS were very close together and so were Diana and me."
Quigg releases his self-titled debut album on April 6.
